Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked pie shell (deep dish is best)
    1/2 lb. fried bacon, crisp and crumbled
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. heavy cream
    pinch of salt, pepper and nutmeg
    1/4 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix eggs, cream, salt, pepper, nutmeg and cheese.
    Add bacon and pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
