Sweet Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted whole wheat pastry flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt
    1/3 c. soy margarine
    1/3 c. sunflower oil
    1 rounded c. mashed sweet potatoes
    2 Tbsp. soy milk
    1 Tbsp. pure honey
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Cut in margarine and oil.
    Blend in potatoes.
    Add soy milk to make a moist (slightly sticky) dough.
    Drop in 1/2 cup measures on a dry cookie sheet.
    Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Yields 12 to 16 biscuits.
