Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    salt to taste
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1 (8 oz.) carton cottage cheese
    4 eggs, well beaten
    4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 deep dish pie shell
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Melt margarine and sprinkle in flour while over heat.
    Add salt; set aside.
    Mix spinach, cottage cheese, eggs, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
    Add the margarine mixture to spinach.
    Pour into pie shell; bake for 45 minutes. Serves 6.
