Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sour cream or 8 oz. pkg.
    1 stick butter
    2 c. sugar
    7 oz. marshmallow cream
    1/2 c. pecans
    12 oz. white chocolate or 5 Hershey bars or 1/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients.
    Cook for 7 minutes.
    Add chocolate; mix in marshmallow cream, stirring completely.
    Add pecans.
    Spread in a baking dish and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
    Makes 2 1/2 pounds fudge.
