Battered Chicken Stir-Fry(For 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 chicken breasts
    salt and pepper
    3 eggs
    2 cloves garlic
    3 green onions
    2 c. bean sprouts
    4 Tbsp. oil (olive or sesame)
    4 Tbsp. chicken stock or 1 bouillon cube
    2 Tbsp. vinegar (balsamic is best)
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch, slaked in 2 Tbsp. cool water (add water to cornstarch)
Preparation
    Peel garlic; cut into 1/4-inch squares.
    Crush with side of knife and chop finely.
    Thin-slice green onions at white end and into 1-inch pieces at green end.
    Slice raw chicken breasts into 1/4-inch strips and rub in salt and pepper.
    Beat eggs lightly and dip chicken strips.
