Ham And Cheese Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1 c. cooked ham, cut in matchstick thin strips
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed broccoli cheese soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    4 medium potatoes, cooked and cubed (about 3 1/2 c.)
    chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Preparation
    In a 10-inch skillet over medium heat, in hot oleo, cook ham and onion until ham is browned and onion is tender.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat to low.
    Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until hot.
    Garnish with parsley.
