Beef Spoon Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. thyme leaves
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    toasted buns
Preparation
    Melt butter in large skillet.
    Add onion and saute until lightly browned.
    Add meat, stirring until meat loses red color. Stir in remaining ingredients, mixing well.
    Simmer uncovered over low heat 8 to 10 minutes.
    Spoon hot onto split and toasted buns. Serves 12, but allow for repeats.
