Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. plain flour
3/4 c. Wesson oil
1 c. chopped pecans
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
3 c. chopped yellow Delicious apples
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Mix well and bake in greased and floured tube pan, at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
