Zucchini Tomato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 small zucchini, thinly sliced
    4 tomatoes, cut into halves
    1 green pepper, thinly sliced into rings
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. salad oil
    lettuce (optional)
Preparation
    Combine zucchini, tomatoes, green pepper and onion; toss lightly.
    Combine vinegar, salt, garlic salt, pepper and salad oil; mix well.
    Pour over vegetables.
    Chill several hours, stirring occasionally.
    Serve on lettuce, if desired.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
