Beef And Taters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion
    1 green pepper (optional)
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and chilies
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 (2 lb.) bag Tater Tots
Preparation
    Brown beef, onion and pepper in skillet.
    Add soups and Ro-Tel tomatoes.
    Put in baking dish and cover with Tater Tots.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Remove from oven and cover with grated cheese. Return to oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
