Roasted Bell Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 12 bell peppers
    3 to 6 cloves garlic or to taste
    1/2 c. olive oil or more if needed
Preparation
    Heat olive oil; add minced garlic cloves and saute for a few minutes.
    (Do not brown!)
    Add peppers and bake at 250\u00b0 for about 45 minutes, turning and basting often.
    Cool and store in jar in refrigerator.
    Use in salads, stews, soups, sandwiches, pizza, etc.
