Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. good ground beef
    3 eggs
    2 boiled potatoes, mashed
    3 slices bread, soaked in small amount water
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. margarine
    1 minced onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    small amount milk
Preparation
    Combine and work with hands until smooth and spongy.
    Shape into walnut-sized balls.
    Keep your hands wet while handling. Brown in skillet.
    Place soup in container, add meatballs and up to 1 can milk.
    Cover and simmer slowly for 1 hour.
