Pecan Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. large fresh mushrooms
    1/4 c. butter
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Clean mushrooms; remove and chop stems.
    Place caps in buttered shallow baking dish.
    Melt butter; saute stems in garlic and butter.
    Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
    Stuff cups. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Serve warm.
    Makes approximately 2 dozen.
    Can be prepared 1 day ahead and refrigerated.
