Pineapple Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    1 (15 oz.) can drained crushed pineapple
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 large whipped topping
    nuts (optional)
    coconut (optional)
    1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
Preparation
    Mix together until smooth.
    If desired add nuts or coconut. Put into prebaked 9-inch pie shell.
    Chill and serve.
