Impossible Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 stick butter, melted
2 c. milk
4 eggs
6 oz. frozen coconut
1/2 c. Bisquick
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
1/3 c. peanut butter
3/4 c. confectioners sugar

Preparation

Mix until crumbly.
Sprinkle this mixture onto bottom of baked pie crust.
Save some crumbs for top of the pie.
