Cranberry Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. water
    2 c. cranberries (8 oz.)
    7 1/4 tsp. Equal Measure or 24 packets Equal
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan, combine water and cranberries.
    Bring just to a boil; reduce heat.
    Boil gently, uncovered, over medium heat for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    (Skins will pop.) Remove from heat.
    Mash slightly.
    Stir in Equal Measure.
    Cover and chill.
    Serve chilled with beef, pork, ham or poultry.
    Makes 1 1/2 cups or 12 two tablespoon servings.
