Diabetic Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. corn oil
    4 Tbsp. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. pecans
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar substitute (Sucaryl)
    2 eggs
    3 large ripe bananas
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Sift flour and soda.
    Add oil and Sucaryl.
    Cream until light. Beat eggs until foamy.
    Combine with first mixture.
    Add rest of ingredients slowly.
    Beat until well mixed.
    Pour into long loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
