Mom'S Apple Strudel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine or butter
    apples, cut in thin short strips
    1 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar and milk until smooth.
    Melt butter in a deep pan.
    Fill pan 3/4 full of apples.
    Pour flour mixture over apples.
    Bake until brown.
    Use tender apples.
