Cheese-Egg Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9 to 10 slices bread
1/2 lb. grated Swiss cheese
1/2 lb. grated sharp cheese
1/2 lb. ham, shaved
6 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
3 c. milk
1 small can mushrooms, drained
Preparation
-
Grease bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
Cover bottom with one layer of bread slices, crusts trimmed off.
Spread cheese and ham over bread.
