Cheesecake Brownies - cooking recipe

21.5 or 23.6 oz. pkg. Fudge Brownie Mix
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, softened
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
14 oz. can Eagle Brand sweet milk (Not evaporated)
1 egg
2 tsp. vanilla
Ready to spread chocolate frosting - optional
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare brownie mix as directed. Spread into well greased 9x13 inch baking pan. In small mixing bowl, beat cheese, margarine, cornstarch
till fluffy. Gradually beat in Eagle Brand milk, egg and vanilla till smooth. Pour evenly over brownie batter. Bake 45 minutes or until top is lightly browned. Cool. Spread with frosting if desired. Cut into squares. Makes 36 to 40 brownies.
