Mushroom Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. mushrooms
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. seasoned Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 stick margarine, softened
    1 c. half and half cream
Preparation
    Wash and slice mushrooms.
    Cook in oil or margarine (use your judgment about how much) until tender, not too brown or overcooked.
