Microwave Caramel Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 c. milk or cream
2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla extract
dash of salt
Preparation

In a 4-cup glass measure, blend butter, brown sugar, milk and corn syrup.
Cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring every minute.
Add vanilla extract and salt; stir to blend.
Serve warm or cold. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
