Rhubarb Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    6 egg yolks
    2 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. cream
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. orange rind
    5 c. rhubarb, cut
    6 egg whites
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients and press into a 9 x 13-inch glass pan.
    Bake for 10 minutes at 325\u00b0.
