Artichoke Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans artichoke hearts
    1/2 can (3 oz. size) Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1 (8 oz.) Progresso bread crumbs
    2 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Drain hearts; reserve liquid.
    Combine all ingredients including liquid.
    Mixture may appear wet.
    Refrigerate until firm, overnight or for several hours.
    Shape into balls.
    Roll in Parmesan cheese.
    Refrigerate until ready to serve.
