Gouda Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Pepperidge Farm puffed pastry shells
    Gouda cheese
    1 egg, beaten and mixed with water
Preparation
    Thaw 2 pastry shells.
    Roll into circles.
    Wrap Gouda into circles.
    Pinch and seal with water.
    Slit holes in top.
    Brush top with egg and water mixture.
    Refrigerate for 3 hours.
    Place on cookie sheet and bake for 10 to 15 minutes at 450\u00b0, for 15 minutes at 375\u00b0 and then set for 45 minutes.
