Sour Cream And Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked 8-inch pie shell
    2 large eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. raisins
    1/2 c. sour cream (optional for topping)
Preparation
    Beat eggs, 1 cup sour cream, sugar, vanilla, salt and nutmeg until well blended.
    Stir in raisins.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake in center of oven at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes or just until set.
    Cool.
    If desired, top pie with remaining 1/2 cup sour cream; smooth over entire top and sprinkle with nutmeg.
