Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 peeled and sliced apples
2 Tbsp. orange juice
1/3 c. light brown sugar
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 to 2 tsp. milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. sugar
unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Stir apples and orange juice in a large bowl.
Combine light brown sugar, white sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg.
Stir with apples until coated.
Spoon into unbaked pie shell.
Dot with butter.
Moisten pastry edge with water and prepare top crust.
Bake until apples are tender and crust is golden brown.
