Cheese Crisps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Old New York sharp cheese
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    cayenne pepper to taste
Preparation
    Put the cheese through a meat grinder; set aside with butter to get soft.
    To this, add dry ingredients and work well with your hands.
    Put into cheese gun and squirt out on tins.
    Bake in oven until they dry out.
    Do not brown.
    Serve piping hot.
