Tater Tot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. frozen onions, chopped
1/2 c. frozen chopped green peppers (optional)
1 lb. lean ground meat
1 can cream of celery soup
1 (16 oz.) pkg. Tater Tots
salt and pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease baking dish.
Cook onions, green peppers and meat until meat loses red color.
Spoon off fat.
Add salt and pepper.
Spread meat mixture in baking dish.
Cover with soup and top with a single layer of Tater Tots.
Bake 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly in center.
