Meatball Parmigiana(Serves 6) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. oil
1 small chopped onion
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
4 oz. thinly sliced Mozzarella cheese
1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 egg
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
pinch of oregano
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

In large skillet, heat oil.
Saute onions until soft.
Add tomatoes with liquid.
Add spaghetti sauce.
Simmer uncovered while making meatballs.
Combine 1/4 cup water, bread crumbs, meat, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, oregano, salt and pepper.
Mix thoroughly and form into 24 small meatballs.
Add meatballs to sauce and simmer 15 minutes while cooking noodles.
Drain noodles. Put noodles in 13 x 9-inch pan.
Cover with meatballs and most of sauce.
Cover with cheese slices.
Pour on rest of sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
