Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sugar
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 tsp. cocoa
    1 stick margarine
    2 large spoons peanut butter
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a heavy saucepan, combine sugar and cocoa.
    Mix well.
    Add margarine, milk, peanut butter; stir.
    Cook on high heat until candy thermometer reaches 230\u00b0.
    Turn off fire and add vanilla. Beat mixture for about 5 minutes until mixture is thick.
    Pour into greased dish. Glass works best (12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch).
    Let cool and cut into squares.
    Store in tightly closed container. Freezes very well.
