Macaroni Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni
1/4 c. bell pepper
1/4 c. onion
1 medium jar pimento
1 (8 oz.) sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Boil macaroni until tender.
Grate cheese in big mixing bowl. Pour cooked macaroni over cheese and stir until cheese melts.
Add bell pepper and onion (sauteed), pimento, soup and mayonnaise. Mix well and bake uncovered at 400\u00b0 until brown in 8 x 10-inch dish.
