Cranberry-Orange Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. oil
    grated rind and juice of 1 orange plus water to make 3/4 c.
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. raw cranberries, coarsely chopped
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease loaf pan (9 x 5 x 3-inch).
    Blend dry ingredients.
    Mix in oil, orange rind, juice and egg.
    Fold in cranberries.
    Pour into pan.
    Bake 1 hour.
    Cool thoroughly before slicing with a thin, sharp knife.
    Yields 16 servings.
