Hurry Up Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter or oil
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. lukewarm water
    1 egg
    2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Combine milk, sugar, salt, butter or oil on top of a hot stove and bring to a boil.
    Remove and let the mix get cold. Combine yeast with lukewarm water until all is melted.
    Add egg to the milk mixture well.
    Add milk mixture to the flour mixture; mix well.
    Knead on flour board.
    Make rolls or loaf; place in oiled pan.
    Let rise 1/2 hour.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes or until brown.
    Rub with butter.
