Corn Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. corn meal (yellow)
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    3 lb. apples
    1 lemon
    10 large flour tortillas
    2 sticks sweet butter or margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 (15 oz.) box raisins (dark or golden)
    4 c. milk
Preparation
    Grease two 9 x 13-inch pans.
    Peel and cut apples into eighths, then into little pieces.
    Juice the lemon; mix with some water and mix with apple pieces (to prevent discoloration).
