Corn Pone Spoon Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

                            1 stick melted butter or oleo
 
8 oz. sour cream
2 beaten eggs
1 small can creamed corn
1 small can whole kernel corn, drained
1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
Preparation
- 
                            Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
 
Mix all ingredients together.
Bake 30 minutes in flat casserole dish.
