Carrots Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. baby carrots (as found in produce department)
    1 small green pepper, diced
    1 onion, sliced
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. sugar
    1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Cook carrots; drain and sliver lengthwise in bowl.
    Mix other ingredients.
    Pour over carrots.
    Refrigerate 1 day before serving.
    A sprinkle or two of celery seed really adds.
