Sweet 'N Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bottle Russian dressing
    1 small jar apricot preserves
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup
    1 bell pepper, chopped in large pieces
    1 can pineapple chunks
    6 chicken breasts
Preparation
    Mix dressing, preserves and onion soup. Pour over chicken breasts.
    Cook on 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, covered.
    Add pineapple and bell pepper.
    Cook 15 minutes longer, uncovered.
    Serve over cooked rice.
