Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. cooking oil
2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs, at room temperature
3 c. apples, peeled and diced
2 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. raisins or dates
Preparation

Mix and sift all dry ingredients; add eggs, oil and vanilla, beating constantly.
Fold in nuts, raisins or dates and chopped apples.
Bake in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
