Lemon Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium bunch broccoli (about 1 lb.), divided into florets and stalks woody stems removed
    2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. margarine
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
    1 1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
    2 tsp. grated lemon zest
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    In vegetable steamer, steam the broccoli until just tender, 3 to 5 minutes.
    In large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, warm the margarine until melted.
    Add the onion, celery and garlic and cook until the onion begins to brown, 3 to 5 minutes.
    Remove the skillet from the heat.
    Add the broccoli, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt and pepper to the skillet and stir to combine.
    Serve warm or at room temperature.
    Serves 8.
