Pecan Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. pecans, chopped
3 c. brown sugar
2 c. cake flour
1 tsp. baking powder
6 egg whites

Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff and mix all ingredients together. Bake in square pan at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Do not overbake.
Let cool and cut into squares.
Makes 24 dozen.
