Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. macaroni (uncooked)
    1 (11 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup
    1 (11 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 soup can milk
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    small onion, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Cook macaroni in 3 quarts boiling water; add 1 tablespoon salt (optional).
    Drain and rinse in cold water.
    Mix macaroni, soups, milk, 1 cup cheese and onion together.
    Put in greased casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Keep covered until last 10 minutes.
    Don't hesitate to use extra cheese.
