Chile Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 red skinned tomatoes, chopped
6 onions, chopped
2 green peppers, chopped
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 to 4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground cloves
pinch of cayenne
pinch of dry mustard
Preparation

Boil in uncovered kettle for several hours, stirring occasionally.
Can.
Makes about eight 1/2-quart jars.
