French Bread French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. frozen unsweetened peaches, thawed
    2 Tbsp. strawberry jam
    1 loaf French or Italian bread
    4 eggs
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
Preparation
    In food processor, chop peaches coarsely.
    Add jam; process briefly.
    In shallow dish, beat eggs, milk and vanilla.
    Slice bread in 1/2-inch slices diagonally.
    Soak bread in egg mixture thoroughly.
