Clam Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 (8 oz.) cans minced clams with liquid
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Melt butter in medium skillet on low heat.
Stir in flour and garlic salt with wire whisk.
Add liquid from clams.
Continue to stir.
Add seasonings.
Add clams last.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Good over cooked, thin spaghetti.
Yields 4 to 6 servings.
