Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. cubed pork
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/4 Tbsp. ginger
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. (13 1/4 oz.) undrained pineapple tidbits
    1 small onion, sliced
    2 medium green peppers, cut in strips
    sugar
Preparation
    Brown pork; mix cornstarch, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, vinegar and water.
    Pour over browned pork and let simmer for 30 minutes.
    Add pineapple, onion and green pepper.
    Cook for 5 minutes.
    Serve pork sauce over hot rice.
