Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped, peeled apples
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. soda
    salt
Preparation
    Combine apples\tand sugar and let stand for 10 minutes. Mix oil and egg well.
    Add apples and other ingredients.
    Bake in 8-inch pan\tabout
    40
    minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with whipped cream or frozen topping.
