Oven Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (1 oz.) envelope onion recipe soup mix
2 lb. unpeeled potatoes, washed and cut up
1/3 c. vegetable oil

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Put the soup mix, potatoes and oil in a plastic bag.
Shake until potatoes are colored.
Remove from bag; place in a baking dish and cook for 35 to 40 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
