Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 1/4 c. oil
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Bake in well-greased and floured tube or Bundt pan, at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
    Let cool for 10 minutes and remove from pan.
    Thoroughly cool cake before frosting.
