Copper Pennies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. carrots, sliced
1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1 can tomato soup
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. mustard
salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Cook carrots until tender; add peppers and onions.
Mix remaining ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil.
Pour over carrots.
Stir gently.
